Well, not sure what exactly happened and who is at fault, but I think one thing is for certain... after the coach and the new captain went out to the press and said these things, Lewa is never coming back to play for Poland...

Which again from Barca point of view is great, more rest now and more rest during the national game pauses in the season...

I don't think so. As long as he will play at high level there will be many posters here. The ones that loves him and hate him ;)

To me Lewy is best polish football player ever if we take into consideration NT + club career. There is no doubt about it. On the other hand if someone asked me to chose best Polish NT team ever Lewy wouldn't be in starting 11. Many may ask why not if I consider him as best polish player ever. The answer is simple - he didn't win anything for Poland. Sure he made us play in many tournaments but that's all.

I also think he wasn't good captain at all. For years I see our team as individual players and not a team in which one will fight for another. He was better in Bayern or even Barcelona if we talk about consolidating group or helping to create team.
