Like I said, many people from cold blooded countries react strongly to winter, me included, and these are adaptations on genetic level, that probably don't just go away because you spend 2 years in a warmer country. Actually I'd guess can even get worse, with a body being confused a bit.

This is why I found the old and finished proclamations premature, especially that's he didn't even do that bad, saw worse from him tbh. Hopefully now feels better, stars will align and will be able to show his best here.

Yes, his hold-up and link-up play is bad due to his age, but you just can't replace 40+ goals a season easily.

Only players to score above that while playing in a top league recently have been: Messi (multiple times), CR7 (multiple times), Suarez, Lewa, Benzema, Haaland.

RL9 has like 10 seasons with more than 40 goals lol. Just 1 or 2 behind the GOATs.
