He was fantastic. Honestly think with a full season as a starter he’d hit 30-40 goals in all comps. Barca do need a more physical specimen though against the likes of Inter as a different profile.

Unless we get a very good offer for him I'd defintely keep him while Flick is here.

Even if we sign a starting striker this or next summer, you should keep a player like Ferran in this system.
That way you're able to rotate effectively and he has proven to be a good, extremely useful player this season.

In the end, worth his buying price. Never saw this redemption coming but he worked for it. The shark mentality he found worked for him. Crucial player.

If he keeps this up, he will start as the main striker for Spain too. Sick.

For a guy who isn't a starter, that's a pretty good return. There's a lot of teams out there that would kill to have someone like him in their team.

No doubt he has been amazing, but I don't see us winning a CL with him being our starting CF. It's just not happening. He could win us LL's for many years as a starter, but in the CL we will undoubtedly have matches where opportunities will be less and will need someone like a Villa or Eto'o to put away that half chance.

That's true. He is a great sub for many positions now. Super valuable player but we probably need something better.
