1) Christensen has never been reliable from an injury standpoint - there is no evidence that it will get any better as he gets older

2) Araujo was available for most of last season and yet Flick STILL overplayed both Inigo and Cubarsi over him. Really tells you all you need to know.

3) Gerard Martin - I've seen traffic cones with more defensive ability than this guy.

Again, what kind of club lets their undisputed starting CB leave without signing a replacement?

This isn't about how overrated or overhyping Inigo, it's a simple fact that the team as a whole is much weaker without him here and not signing a replacement.

Hard to say, Inigo did well last season, but things would have taken a turn for the worse imo. Older, slower, more demotivated.

I will miss his leadership at the back, that's what we will miss most.
