PSG had their CBs at the half-line in the first half when they were pressing Inter down their throats.
Just played better and didn't make boneheaded mistakes.

I wish we had 450m to spend over two seasons though.

At, not above 😂.

Like us with 3 minutes left and a goal advantage.

The forum as just been proven wrong AGAIN, which is typically.

Replace any of PSG CBs with ours they still win the final, do the opposite, we still concede 7.

I wonder what's the under lying reason 🤔.

Me too, more money less problems, that's how the saying goes.

This is Lucho's second season.

Let's see how Flick does next season after talking about improving defensively and if that actually happens. At least he isn't suffering like his predecessor said the next manager would.

Total different line of reasoning now and a desperate shot at Xavi. Lol.

Just say yea you were/are right jamrock

It's typical at this point

People should seriously stop solely blaming Araujo for what happened in Milano

I don't want to defend, he wasn't up to level required there and deserves criticism

But these "90 seconds" posts should be in the Flick thread and everybody here knows I always do my best to defend Flick... he did fuck up in Milano

Next season we will learn on our mistakes and do better

You've really turned into JamDav haven't you.

Go on then.

Always being up jamdav when you try to avoid simply saying you are wrong 😂.

Always with the deflection.

My ball knowledge and all things knowledge related to Barca raines supreme, people may not like it

Doesn't stop it from being true 😂 😂.

Just check the post history.

He said he will, so I'm sure it will happen

I'm positive he will

It is not even something so hard

There is no need for significant changes in the system. Just more pragmatism when having a comfortable lead and particuraly when it's last minutes of the game

Flick has shown his will to do this. Our players are not dumb. So I really do believe it will all go well

We won't ever be a defensively reliable side under him. But we can be smart defensively and do our best to protect important leads

To make a big improvement in defense, the entire approach needs to be pretty different. What you say will make some improvements, but minor ones.

A high line + offside trap is great when the opponent is blocked in midfield and has to play longer balls. When the midfield is breached, playing offside doesn't make much sense. The ball carrier has too many passing options and will easily exploit it.
