Dont know based on what metric are we judging? Gio, Abidal, Alba, Balde?

Not his fault he had to play. Gave his all I think.

Should've kicked it out in that faithful 92th minute. Inexperience, I guess.

Otherwise, he was incredible considering the circumstances and his ability. Still, should be purged with most of the subs.

You teach that in youth football.
It's not inexperience. The guy is genuinely slow in the head. Just uses too much time to think. He'll be good for a relegation battle team or something.

Great great mentality he showed in second half after his horrendous first one. He did his thing . It's just dude lacks talent. And this is an understatement.

Yeah, I guess you are right. Also Inter sat back the whole 2nd half which masked his flaws.

As I said, purge with most of the bench.

For what it's worth I'm not calling him dumb or retarded.
It's just that he uses too much time to process what he is going to do. How many touches he need to take, where to play the pass.
It leads to all these errors. He's just a lower tier player.
When given a lot of space and time he might play a good pass because he has a lot of time to decide what to do, but vs. teams like this you rarely get it.

Yeah. Lower mid-table La Liga. Always was, always will be.

TBH, he would do decently in a side like West Ham or Newcastle.
