He is a fighter that is for sure. But he is a little guy, only so much he can defend.

He's actually got a lot of fight in him, which is great to have.

Even if he doesn't play too well he will still fight tooth and nail.

Mascherano was on a short side too. He was paired with Pique though. Cuba is not strong in air.

But we need a taller, faster CB beside him.

He was the only of the four that was decent. It was a shame to see he and Cubarsi had to struggle so much with the exit from defence.

PSG suffocated us as we run out of steam and went to a snail's pace.

With the late changes from both sides was a weird game. Felt more like a International Champions Cup game in the US than a Champions League game.

I guess that's what the new format does as clubs now know what they can afford to get away with and what they can't.

Eric is significantly taller than Mascherano but also not as quick.

It is one of our main issues, we lack either a tall or quick CB. Only one is close to that (Araujo) and he isn't that tall at 1.88 (official website) and is injury prone.
