I'll put it this way. He was good enough this game that I am not counting the loss of Kounde. There wasn't really a noticeable difference.

Martin on the other hand. But it was smart of Flick to capitalise on Inter sitting off of him and utilize his good crosses which lad to the second half goals. Still, Balde was a huge quality and tactical quality jump compared.

A player like him that now can play multiple positions is very valuable to have and we should keep him. Obviously not someone you want to start, but you cannot have 22 starter-calibre players in your squad.

He should be our new Sergi Roberto. A versatile player who sits on the bench when the first XI is fit and rested, but always ready to get on the pitch to help in many positions.
A late discovery, but still very important. Every team loves to have a player like that. We definitely need to keep him.

His contract is running out next year. So either he extends or we'll sell him this summer. It'll depend on Flick. Garcia loves being in Barcelona, but he wants to feel important. With 24, he's nearing his prime years and wants to play of course. If Flick promises him more playing time next season, he'll stay and extend his contract.
