Nah he can drop a hattrick today for how horrendous he has been in the Inter tie his debut season is a definite failure. I hope he can do better next season.

He has next season to prove himself too.

Cannot be a success if he keep disappearing in big games for us and end up getting injured half the season as well.

Failure is a stretch, he's come up for us multiple times in the league.

A season isn't decided only against "big" teams in a league

As great as that is, if he goes next season disappearing and performing as poorly as he has done this season in our biggest games in Europe it will be tough to call him a successful transfer as well.

I get the sentiment, just saying this season before the inter game, bar the injuries everyone had positive vibes around him.

Two games don't change that.
Well he was average against Madrid as well TBH.

But he's contributed enough this season to say he was a good signing.

Need improvement on his injury and showing up if we make a deep run in the CL again.
