Headless chicken.
This guy has some GA to his name and earns enough credit to play a lot of minutes, but if you actually look at his contribution as a midfielder he is a disaster. Slow to run back when the opponent has a fast transition, rarely comes for the ball to form triangles and move the ball forward, runs like a headless chicken in pressing, zero tactical awareness.
