His value is that he provides a type of play that to be quite fair, La Masia rarely produces. No BS, always gives 100, not afraid of any duels or any player. This type of profile alone makes him nearly priceless for this Barca.

Olmo's challenge is staying fit. That alone is a huge handicap to any team. I'd pick Fermin over him for that reason solely.

Yeah that will play a part if Olmo is injured a lot this season.

Either way one surely has to leave if want to maximise the advantage of La Masia.
