Fee is more likely to be someonewhere in the ~70m range.
This will have a big impact on the sporting side of things when. Olmo inevitably gets injured and there isn't a decent backup.
Can't just discard players like Inigo and Fermin who have been very reliable and replace them with no one lol.
Like I said, the only reason they are selling him is because the financial situation is probably a lot worse off than what Laporta and his circus are letting on lol,.
We didn't discard Inigo.

70m is lower than I would like him to go.
He's like the perfect backup/starter for us. But if a club really bids around the 100 mark, and he is fine with leaving,I think we should let him go.
We can invest that money on an LCB, which is of utmost need. I have almost discarded our UCL hopes because of Inigo's leaving. If we somehow manage to get a good LCB, I think we will be in a much stronger position than having Fermin and no LCB.
That being said. 70m is a no for me. Anyting less than 80m+bonus is NO MAS.

Knwoing our board, there is a high chance we sell Fermin and not sign a LCB because thre's only 2 days left.

If I'm being slightly more serious, but only slightly.
One of fermin, olmo, casado, de Jong, is the easiest to sell without a serious dip in the teams performance, because all 4 have shown they can replace the other without the teams performance dipping significantly if at all.
Olmo: can't sell him he just return and his has a record of injuries.
Casado: can't sell him, laporta saw him with the ultra's and know they will come to his house.
De jong: can't sell him, we've tried multiple times, he won't leave no matter what, so why waste your energy.
So that leave fermin, which is why laporta layed a perfect trap for him.
Plus we have players like dro, the cousins, Diarra coming up.
So if we need to sell a first team player, it makes sense, even though we all love out masia grads.
Could also have sold araujo, but too much negative energy around him now.

That's a good price for him, TBH, plus he's Masia so it helps more with our financial situation

They tried to sell him once due to salary not ability and he stayed as knew he was a starter.. then went on to be crucial player in league win. They have been trying to renew him since.
He is levels ahead of Casado and Gavi and clearly with Pedri one of Barcas best two midfielders.
Despite what folk like to think Casado is not even in same realm as FDJ as a player.
Casado is closer to Riqui Puig level than FDJs. We saw his latest headless chicken and pass to first man he sees act only a few days ago.
Back to Fermin.. still cant see him going but Chelsea could be a good move for him for various reasons if he feels any desire to move away.

Nah man. We do not have a good enough backup of Olmo. Fermin has been an almost starter.
On top. We wouldn't even be able to use that money to fix our squad issues.
Out of that 60m, one can predict 20-30m goes to fix our FFP issue.
You cant even get a good LCB for 30m these days. Getting 80m would ensure that we can at least bid for Schlotterbeck (50m or so) or a similar good CB.
We are in dire need of one.
I would rather not have Fermin if it ensures we get a LCB.
Or not have Olmo, than sell Fermin to register Olmo. Fermin is the only credible backup of him, and he is made of glass, so its a given he would be out injured half the season.

It's definitely a valid point, especially given it's a last minute transfer, but objectively I see him as a 60-70m player max, if we get anything over that we fleeced someone.
