16 - Fermín López

It would not be anything like selling Thiago.

Thiago was about the perfect Barca midfielder and best in his position after the greats left.

Fermin wont ever be that or close as good as he has been.

You never know with this retarded board but I don't think this will happen, I think it's a bullshit rumor and Chelsea is not really serious. We would be without a true CAM if it happened, you can't count on Olmo.

I could see some logic behind the Casado sale even if I'm against it, selling Fermin in this moment makes zero sense.

It would probably be Olmo and more back up minutes for Dro/Guille etc and failing that a change of tactics a bit where Gavi comes into midfield but Yamal comes more central at times and RB bombs on more.

Will be up to Fermin anyway even if club accept the bid and doubt he gives the green light.

Man, better be yet another stupid rumor and nothing close to considering him to be sold by the board ffs.

Could well be and when the club struggle for FFP they can point to it being at expense of selling likes of Fermin and deflect from them causing it in first place.

I'd put Fermin at 60m, so 50m is acceptable fee.

Provided it's not the usual Barca way of saying one fee and it ends up being less.

FFP in the shit this summer. Does selling Fermin even solve it?

We were told the Todibo deal brought us back.

Then finally the 11m a season from Real Congo.

Then the 11m sale of rights of Trincao last week.

Facts at this point, only a sale of 100m, and I'll believe we are back to 1:1.

No chance we did has much as we did this summer and are still struggling if it was close.

Even though I know its a moving target, but ours seem to move rapidly away each time we get close

Dont even think this sale would take the team to 1:1. Still a long way off that.

If would take them closer and allow for registration of players and possibly some to spend in market.

Also probably allow the board to reduce any personal guarantees put in.

Not a fan of selling a proven goalscorer. Chelsea is about to get Lampard 2.0

With that being said. I did say Gavi was taking that 10 spot over. Or that 3rd midfield spot however you want to spin it. This is further proof. Also, I have a feeling Fermin will regret leaving Barca. I know we will regret it too

Cant see Gavi ever being the starting 10 ahead of Olmo.

If Gavi becomes a starter it would be change of formation or due to injuries most likely.
