His work rate is puzzling. Never commits to pressing at 100%, just half-assed jogging instead. Does not track back and gives up on tracking players on the ball if trailing for more than 5 meters.

If he had the desire, he'd catch them easily with his natural pace.

Mentality-wise, he's been a disappointment despite evident quality. We should try another loan at most, he's not worth the wage space he's eating otherwise.
