Normally agree with Don, but not if he's liking Rashy in the sense of expecting big big things. He can contribute though.

Well, I certainly agree on thatI'm just glad we didn't flush 60m down the toilet on that pub player from Bilbao, like our Sporting Department wanted to.
Anything from then on in, I see as a win.![]()
Just a bit of banter from some boys.Didn't watch, but reading reactions here, it seems he had a stinker
Early days still...
We were blessed with lack of injuries last season. I believe he will get a period during the season where he starts multiple games in a row.Do you guys think he's likely to get many starts this season? What's the likelihood he takes Raphinha's spot in important games? It would require a regression from Raph and improvement from Rash.
True, fair point. We were blessed with lack of injuries last season. I believe he will get a period during the season where he starts multiple games in a row.
He won't take Raphinha's place but Raphinha could be moved to CAM if Rashford provides more than Olmo, Fermin or Gavi does at 10.
I appreciate people dreaming big, but there is no evidence in recent past of him that justifies thinking he could play over last season's best attacking player.
I expect him to have the same impact as Joao Felix with probably better numbers due to the fact that Flick's team is way more attacking than Xavi's Barça.
Type of player that never made the step from a big talent to a big player, who will rely on the talent part majority of his career.
However, he is an improvement over last seasons options that should help to give Raphinha and Lamine more rest. Don't see him starting in big games if everyone is fit.
Also feel his weak first touch will hold him down from having more success here.
