This is so true, heck even with Neymar we still looked bad, because our midfield was not functional. Dembele is not going to save us.

Give us Dembele and Coutinho and then we are talking, but of course then we would be more vulnerable defensively, but at least we would have offense.

Depends where you want to play Coutinho. If as a LW you wouldn’t be losing too much in defence but in midfield he offers much less than even Iniesta.

He will be a foreign body as he had just few games since he joined us. Still, he has way higher abilities than all of our other wingers. Therefore, defense can't allow themselves to give him too much room. You can give room to Deulofeu as everybody knows what he will do. Dembélé is always able to create havoc and he was really good in carrying the ball forward in Dortmund. If you allow him to do this here this ability will help us from the moment he returns from his injury. None of our midfielders bar Iniesta on a good day is able to carry the ball forward. Maybe Sergi, but he rarely gets the chance.

Dembele has the speed to bring the ball forward and ability to beat his marker. It will be a big plus for the team. We'll see about the chemistry with Roberto/Semedo and Messi though.

Cannot give Dembele room as he's unpredictable as hell. He can cut in to the right, to the left, throw you off with a fake shot or simply breeze past you.

He played two games and had a couple of actions that was better than Deulofeu's anyway, a guy who's been in La Masia and the system for over a decade. He already has as many assists in the league as Deulo lol.
