Are we seriously comparing Griezzman to Neymar now ?

:facepalm1:

No. You are missing the point.

If an "average" player like Griez can score 30-ish goals, then you have to ask yourself if 30 goals by Ney are that special.
Also, if Penaldo scores 40-50, you also have to ask yourself whether all Messi's goals are also that special, or we are just living in the era where the gap between top teams and bottom 7-8 teams is ridiculously huge and we have tons of 6:0 and 8:0 wins.
And then, more or less any player, no matter if he is average or a Goat, scores 30-40-50 goals, especially in an insane team like current Barca.

1. we are richer and richer each season
2. and we never had a 3 man attack with 3 goats
-- every other attack had 1-2 goats only

So, currently we have a team capable of scoring more than any other Barca's team.
Plus, the difference between Barca, Real and all Cordobas and Almerias is larger and larger.

Again, if Sukki (Suarez) played the whole Season, we would have 2 players with Messi with 30+ Goals.

Does that means that these players are just way better than all other Barca's Fcs individually, or that we have the most expensive attack ever, plus the gap between Barca and Cordobas is larger than ever.
When you sum our team's strength, and a gap between the teams, you get Messi with 50 goals, Cr7 with 40 Goals, and Ney+Suarez with 30 Goals.

Would Etoo score 35-40 goals in the current era?
Lol, hell yes.
What?

Being richier doesnt score you goals, but makes you buy BETTER players, and barcelona were a much better squad than is today

Why wont you reply my questions? Why neymar has more goals vs hard opposition than 4 strikers combined? Does Messi setup neymar more than 2 full squads?

And why most of neymar goals are against top table teams? Are they getting weaker too?

Griezmann has scored 25 in all competitions.

For all you try to make out Neymar and Messi as stats padders and point to bottom teams... they are infact scoring heavily against top La Liga teams and in europe.

Forlan scored 32 league goals alone for a poor Atletico side in days of Etoo why was that?

Griezman is not average in any sense whatsoever, in fact he has shown to be basically world-class this season. He is just the latest in a long-line of brilliant Atletico forwards: Vieri, Heisselbank, Torres, Forlan, Aguero, Falcao and Costa.

Now, away from stats or any other gibberish. Neymay is a superior player to Eto'o on all aspects of the game, except that 5m-10m burst of pace that was Eto'o's main weapon. Better dribbler, better finisher, more intelligent, better on the ball, better passer, better distributor etc etc etc...

Lol, hell yes.

off course he would, he's had seasons of 34 and 36 goals with barca in the past

I don't get why some of you keep debating the same thing. Off course Neymar, Messi, Cr7, Suarez benefit from playing on great offensive teams with so much attacking talent around them. But they would do so in any league, put Barca and/or Real in the bundesliga or the PL and they would score about the same.

Because Forlan was extremely good FC.
We wanted to buy him (Txiki Begiristain wanted him and almost closed the deal, but Rijkaard wanted more versatile Gudjohnssen. Then in the next Season, we wanted Forlan, but then Laporta stepped in and said that he want his "toy" Henry. So, Forlan was a player who was supposed to play for us. He was scoring that much because he was insanely good in those days)

BarcaLove:
Barca's goals:
1. Messi 51
2. Neymar 33 (6 goals in cup)
3. Suarez 24
4. Pedro 10

Real's goals:
1. CR7 53
2. Benzema 22 (0 goals in cup)
3. Bale 17 (0 goals in cup)
4. James 16 (2 goals in cup)
-- Ronaldo 2 matches in cup, Bale 2, Benzema 3
-- Barca's cup matches: Messi and Ney need to play all the time, right?

We play ALL THE TIME with MSN.
Real had injuries to some key players.
Also, Real rest their players in some crappy cup matches, while most of our players need to statpad in every single match.
Because everyone are obsessed with goals and statpading lately.

If Real's players would statpad in cup matches, they would have 4 players with 25+ goals this Season.

Lol, yeah.

Runs less, works less for the team, presses less, has weaker stamina, slower, weaker in arial duels, Ney more often has hot and cold days.

Try harder.

i have nothing to add to this debate, but it is kinda funny seeing BBZ8800 talk to someone about stats

Typical. You never add anything and yet come on your high horse picking on people instead keeping on topic.

You mean like missing sitters against last placed Cordoba shut the fanboys up?
When he plays he'll get praise, when he plays bad he'll get criticism.

All Barca forward players miss sitters.

Messi and Suarez had some howlers as well.

Not of that kind but that's not a point anyway. Nice try twisting the premise though. I didn't see anyone claiming other players don't miss sitters.
