Yea, Ronaldo is quite magnificent at scoring a shit ton of goals against weak opposition, and when it doesn't matter. (5 goals when the league is already lost last season, 4 goals against Malmo when they are already through to CL...just for two recent examples).

Where was Ronaldo during the CL knockout stages when they won la decima? He was sulking in the LW corner...let a CB bail his team out in both the semi and final....then scored a penalty, which he didn't earn, and celebrated like he carried the team on his shoulders the whole time

Its wrong, Ronaldo often scored against good opposition before this year and has more cl ko goals than Messi.
The stupid part is people thinking he played well whenever he scored. He could fuck up the entire game or be invisible troughout then score a tap in and be the hero and get all the credits.
That happened often.
Its not fun to watch Ronaldo play in big games for example. You mostly see him prey on opportunities making runs, taking poor long shots or dive.
Thats why Messi has Always been the way better footballer. City game is the perfect example of that but according to the internet army of fanboys Ronaldo would have had a better game if he was invisble and scored a penaldo.
