It's good if he's pumped up and motivated. Not the worst thing if he ties his ego to his results on the field. Better than slacking off and being disconnected like Hazard, Bale or Neymar. Yeah it's gonna backfire every so often but ultimately for Barca, a wounded ego and an urge to prove a point can be harnessed by a good coach.
