It depends on the character of a player if it motivates him. I dont think the golden generation players needed that for extra motivation, except Piqué maybe. But guys like Vini, ham and Mbappe get surely more motivated when they hear an opponent player speaking big. Should Lamine stop talking before clasico? Definitely no!
