Flick can decide for himself, it's one of the things he's known for. If he wanted to bench Lamine, he would. On top of that Lamine is not nearly the superstar level of Messi or CR, he's a kid who won't go anywhere at least for some time.

You’re getting too up in your emotions. I’m a very big fan of Lamine but some of his poor inclinations need to be managed better - for maximum returns for Barca and Lamine.
