i remember times when valdes would make brainfart passes too and you would see Pep on the touchline clapping and encouraging him because Pep knew when you ask goalkeepers to pass the ball there are bound to be mistakes made. keep going MAtS, he will only keep getting better for us,

Yeah he is similar to Valdes in that respect. He's got to be more aware of the dangers to make such a casual pass up the middle with a man on though. It was a rookie move. He had some bright moments though and that face save lol.

I certainly believe that our opposition in La Liga is not dumb and they will learn how he plays and strikers will be even more eager in taking advantage of his style.

Let them do that. He won't indulge under a pressure of just one or two opponent strikers ocassionaly pressing him and if all teams will play high pressure like Bilbao has with all their players for more than 20-30 minutes in the game there are way more posibilities that they'll be punished for that (Suarez won't have an off-day like yesterday often) than MAtS making enough mistakes for opponents to capitalize on them.
