Well I have never forgotten about Robert Enke. He was german too, and got completely destroyed at Barca.

But I guess you're right, Ter Stegen doesn't seem to lack confidence

I think that he will join Barca next summer. Barca seems to be the right club for him. No germans in the team btw... Maybe he will need some time to get used the game of Barca and the passing but he will do great for us I think.

Interesting, I don't think pressuring him to make a decision would work in favor of Gladbach. We'll know fairly soon what his answer is and that'll allow our board to focus on signing other necessary players (that is, if they choose to sign anyone )

Are you 100% sure ter Stegen is the man for the job?

Reina would be a good signing anyway.

Still a good keeper and has the personality needed for Barca.

Signing him would not be some kind of failure.

dunno mate, it´s hit or miss with GKs in Barca to be honest but I think Courtois/De Gea are not available right now so ter Stegen is best possible option

Yeah I know what you mean I am not totally convinced by ter Stegen but wont have watched him as much as some others on here.

I wouldnt mind Reina for a couple of years but know a lot of people would not be impressed with him as No.1 next season.
