Masip gets the early round Copa games anyways. The big question is how serious is his injury? Masip should probably play against Leverkusen as well since it's a pointless match, so as long as Mats is ready for the club world cup... I don't see any real issue here.

Right but it would be nice to give Ter Stegen as much game time as possible before the club world cup matches, we could also give him a la liga game in preparation but Lucho doesn't like that option.

A liga game would probably be the best option, but I don't see that happening. Thus far Lucho hasn't given Mats any Liga minutes to prepare for other, much more important games we've had coming up.

With that in mind it'd probably be best if he plays against Leverkusen. When do we head to Germany anyways?
