Ronald Koeman

It was a pretty good, controlled play.
Not high octane or anything but good nonetheless.

Finally, they overloaded the right side and there was some clarity after Pedri delivered the ball for a 2v2 on the opposing side. Until then, it was a bit unsatisfying to watch, always some player unaware of his surroundings and playing the ball to the wrong place. It was good that the ball was kept, so won't criticize it too much.
I can say though, Pedri delivered that ball, but follow him in that clip a while before; constantly jogging towards the ball, facing the ball, only rarely scanning his surroundings. Here he was completely free when he got the ball due to no press from Athletic, and he could turn and take three touches before delivering the obvious ball, but he wasn't aware of it beforehand. I don't like how he moves in that sequence, and he does look tired don't you think?

What a difference a week can make.

From everything being over last weekend to a smashing 4-0 Copa final victory and the league back in our hands!

VAMOS RONALD! :koeman:

Yea, but with all these extra chances we're getting at the title, missing it will sting.

There's only one big match that matters now, we can't bottle that.

You just know Simeone is coming to defend like a final, foul alot and hit us on the counter.

Typical AM will play us with the ferocity of a WC final while if it were RM, they would lay low.

Yep, they will surely park the bus. Question is how do we choose to play? 3-5-2? 4-3-3? Dembele over Griez? It's always tough to play vs a bus regardless of what competition it is.
