I see. Weirdly, in morocco (and Arab countries) a scissor is the over head bicycle kick. Because the legs move like a scissor in that position.

Not really lol. In spanish it is a chilena and not tijera. Well...in English it ain't a scissor kick either it's bicycle. In Turkish it is literally translated bicycle kick as well.

Yes, but total was specifically talking about overhead bicycle kick and says its called scissors in arab country. You implied that is the case in most countries except NL. It is possible he messed up and means the scissor kick indeed.
