Lets see how it goes after some time, but yeah, they could have gotten Conte if they just acted when they had to, but Uniteds leadership isn't exactly competent, so what can you expect.

Pogba had his best spell as United player at start of this season when played LW and got 4/5 assist in first 3 games I think.

They signed Ronaldo and changed approach and he has been his old self since.

Rangnick doesn't care about coaching much anymore, they've brought him to build the team for future and mostly to help them sign Haaland using his previous connections with him.

Hard to imagine that Pogba on the wing would have been sustainable. Ragnicks 4222 is weird though, maybe Oles approach was better :S

Ole had more connections to Haaland than Ragnick if that is what they were after.

Dont agree.

It was his best position for United but with Ronaldo never work. Would need a proper CF that can run in behind and same on other side.

Probably the nearest role to what he was at Juve if allowed him freedom to move from there and LB/Shaw took all the width.
