Bad news only in terms having to fill the hole left in the budget by Bartomeu (we already know it is not going to met), otherwise it is not bad at all.
We shouldn't sell Barca Academies and BIHUB anyways. BLM brought in 60m in 2019, had a bad year in 2020 for obvious reasons and has a lot of potential after COVID to grow, in my opinion. Barca Studios, if we sell it we should only sell 49% as we must not lose control of it, meanwhile we can leverage money and more importantly expertise from full-fledged media companies.

I doubt selling some asset would help with the salary cap. That ship has sailed on June 30th.
The problem are mainly the amortizations of bought players of about 145M.
The only way out is selling players like they did with Firpo. It'd be even better if you can sell some of those guys who are responsible for those high amortization costs like Coutinho, Griezmann and Dembele without a loss in the books, but this sounds like a mission impossible.
Loaning players to get them off your wage list is helping too, but amortization costs are the much bigger problem. There is no way around than selling heavyweights if I understand it correctly.
