never compared pass completion with rest of team, just with his fellow midfield colleagues.

I never said midfield... but you point to pass % as think that is some top trumps argument when not the complete point of his usual shit passing.
Haha again... of course he will have more passes.. Espanyol let him and Pique/Araujo have the ball majority of time knowing he was doing fuck all with it. Any moment they pressed he points to anyone but himself.

Busi is done. Clear as day. Passing is poor, he cant move and positioning is woeful in way follows ball and doesnt protect on front of defence. All on show last night as are near enough every game.

well who in their right mind would compare pass completion percentage between mids and players in attack or defense?
not only he has the best completion, but he performed way more passes with various degrees of difficulty and range. which the likes of pedri, gavi and FDJ just weren't doing last night.

Nah he was poor and showed again the flaws he has every game near enough.
The argument used to be he was brilliant on ball that is not even there now. He struggles to get away when pressed in certain areas and is not taking it in areas he used to.
He is still intercepting balls , making tackles ( taking the occasional yellow for the team) .. linking ALL the play together , making first time passes others cannot do and he made some great passes last night .
It is a shame that everyone overlooks all the above and just look for faults each game
