I think he was our best signing from last year. He is a good defender and every one knows that. Even Sir Alex Ferguson said it when he sold Pique back to Barca. He should stay with the starting 11 with puyol at CB. With both of them in our defence it will be difficult for anyone to score on us.

The best signing for Madrid so far for me, would be Granero. Very good player, young, and has a nice strike from distance. Definitely will be a Madrid jewel in the future.

Of course Pedro is a good sub for Messi, he has speed, he can center pretty well, and can shake defenders. Also someone that can take over Messi is Jeffren Suarez.

I agree with Sammy on this one. How can you expect a 19 year old kid beat 2 or 3 defenders and go right through them. They would easily push him away or drop him down. But don't worry he will get stronger when he is older, no doubt about it.
