    Champions League 2024-25

I think he will replace Pep in City

    Champions League 2024-25

They are always lethargic and look tired tbh, PSG is a very athletic team. I don't think fatigue is the real issue tbh. Even with more rest, they will look like that

    Champions League 2024-25

Inter has played with this intensity almost always. They never match an athletic team, just try to be smarter and dirtier

    Champions League 2024-25

Their CB are far more athletic than ours too, which is also important

    4 - Ronald McDonald Araújo

The system will continue to be weak defensively, no matter the adjustment. That is the reality. Flick system is offensive minded and pressing is the defense. Few tweeks here and there might improve few things, but we will continue to rely on ourscoring opponents, and you will continue to blame...

    4 - Ronald McDonald Araújo

It is just fans that are piving in the past. It is the same "Roberto is a CM and Mascherano is a CDM" type of crowd. Kounde isn't going back to CB any time soon. He himself accepted that, but fans won't let it go.

    4 - Ronald McDonald Araújo

We are playing a system that exposes CB weaknesses, and we will continue to do so. That is the reason we need a better CB, not the opposite

    4 - Ronald McDonald Araújo

We will need a CB or two regardless of Araujo situation tbh, even if Christensen renews. Inigo is 34, he is slow CB who is mistake prone at the top level and ended the season worse than Araujo himself. There aren't many 3rd CB options that are better than Araujo, he can stay but sooner or later...

Marc-Andre ter Stegen (loaned to Girona)

Chevalier is just 2 CM shorter than Garcia ffs  Garcia is obviously better in air, but honestly I doubt this is the issue for choice, a good CB in aerials will make far better influence than any GK, the margins between the best and the worst is like 8% in those crosses claims. I think...

Marc-Andre ter Stegen (loaned to Girona)

He is literally one of the best GK in top 5 leagues in this, not comparable to any top GK. He is 3rd in top 5 leagues in that with 13.2%, Garcia is 11th, with 9.6% He will have to earn it though, which he might do it. More advantage for us to dictate terms

Marc-Andre ter Stegen (loaned to Girona)

I think you are overrating Garcia options here. There is zero big clubs that is offering him a starting spot right away. His only other concrete offer is for Arsenal as 2nd GK for Raya, who is similar but much better version of Joan himself. Other than that, he is a "maybe" for other clubs...

    13 - Joan García

    12M + 8M offer.

    13 - Joan García

July first, not 1st of June Or Dimitrievski who had a similar career arch, until he looked great around 2021 and then turned out shit again. Edit: and Navas wasn't a top 5 GK. He was worse than Ter Stegen, but stepped up in CL. Domestically he was average GK and this is why RM was always...

    Let's talk about Xavi's replacement (2024)

Can we unpin this thread? There is 9 sticky threads in this sub which is too much IMHO. If I may suggest, unstick this one, move the Messi Records to history sub, and unstick the how to be a member thread.

I am a dentist, surely not a finance guy. I think if I was 15 years younger this Barca would have made me shift career just to understand all those shenanigans :ROFLMAO:

    Barca Transfers and Rumors

Arsenal wanted him but Arteta is pushing for Sesk, and Arsenal has been doing the classic mistake of making the coach choose players like he is SD (Havartez, G.Jesus and Zinchenko weren't enough lessons). But I get your point, teams won't have him as first option due to age and being afraid of...

    Ansu Fati (loaned to Monaco)

He will have one more season remaining, which gives him more incentive to move on. Buying him out could even be an option at that point. It will be much easier next summer than this one. And that is probably why Monaco was good deal and wrapped up quickly

    Ansu Fati (loaned to Monaco)

We are paying 35% from what I've read. Monaco are likely only paying the remaining 15%, while the tax cut takes care of half of it.

    Clément Lenglet

It seems like him and Atletico wants the deal to be done before CWC, so hopefully it won't take long.

450M salary cap is massive tbh, even if Real has 300M over us
