He is very ballsy, in the sense that if he is a step too slow to the 50/50 ball or if his positioning is just slightly off, the opposition attackers would be through on goal. I counted at least 3 chances where he got very fortunate that he intercepted the ball or else Benz/Vini would be 1v1 vs MATS.

Let's not kid ourselves. Injuries have really ruined Dembele. Who knows how good he would be if stayed as healthy as Mbappe. In these younger years I think it's very important to play as many matches as possible and develop your skills.

Dribbling, passing, mobility, link up play, to me are all clearly better than Haaland. Haaland is a better pure striker though no doubt.
