Defensively we're likely to be improve pretty drastically under a new coach. Our midfielders play basically without any positional disciplin. We sacrifice all shape and structure in favor of this erratic indiscriminate pressure.

This one is my pick. You watch a lot of these youngsters with impressive highligts, but much of what they appear to some degree incidental. With this guy there is intent and composure. That thing which tells you it can be replicated at any level.
