we are just guessing and speculating right now. nobody knows for sure how the tie will develop. teams style has changed since last meeting, managers have changed, players have changed. will have to wait and see.
suarez and especially neymar, will have to work their socks off in this tie.
messi i feel will be shutdown again, so it's up to our other 2 worldclass forwards(which we missed last time we faced bayern) to finish them.
i think we are still the in-form team in europe. so we are favorites in this one.
as long as everybody is fit i think we will go through. we have a better defense and atttack, they have a better midfield.
if we were to face porto at home, without all their stars and had muller, goetze, lewa in attack + a midfield of lahm, thiago, alonso? yes sure, bring it on! :xavi:
discredit myself? not really. i was pointing to the fact that the celebration was over the top considering the occasion/opponent. i don't have a problem with the germans or any other team/nation celebrating winning the euro/worldcup or other competition.
we've already discussed the injury...
nothing bad in celebrating a once in a lifetime achievement(for many players at least). a euro or worlcup final win is something to go crazy over. and really football is not one of the classiest sports.
"huge" comeback against porto? and with the score being 3-1? please...
yeah, the idiots celebrated after the porto match as if they've won the final. hope to meet them this year so we can get revenge. seeing that cunt muller get angry feels good every time.
barca to beat the italian champions in the semis and then the german champions in the final. after previously dispatching the champions of england and france. it's a scenario fit for the competition name - a champion of champions!:xavi:
seems like people are forgetting that Dante is 5th option at bayern. How many elite teams have a better 5th option at CB? I would say that he's better than several 3rd or 4th options at other clubs.
instead of perma-injured vermalen? sure i would! he may also be better than bartra.
yeah what a bad thing it must be to have a brazilian international and UCL winner as your 5th, maybe 4th CB option. really terrible stuff :lucho2:
kind of hard to feel sorry for bayern when they have maybe the best squad in the world(or at least top 3). also didn't have a competitor in the bundesliga this season and got lucky in the CL knockout round by getting second tier opponents.
dante as 5th option is a "problem" many clubs would...
