Klopp ain't getting in a top 20 all time football managers. There are some with better achievements and there are others with comparable achievements to Klopp, but they either revolutionized the game or defined certain aspects of the game as we know it now.

Klopp does play attacking football, just not as possession based as Barca does. Don't think style is a factor here.
