From what I've seen accuracy is literally the only thing missing from his game, he can get into attacking positions better than or as good as any RB i've ever seen. His build up game is below Carvajal/Alves but its not weak enough to be a deal breaker what with Alba doing most of the attacking...

If montoya could work on being more consistently accurate with his crosses then theres no reason for him to leave, and that consistency will come with game time.
