I didn't say Lemar is a 100m player. He's at best a 50m player, but he's a talented versitle player who is also 3 years younger than Coutinho. If Barca can include some players or lower the price he's worth spending the money on, and I think he'll be a better investment for Barcelona than Coutinho.
