At this point, it's EMBARRASSING for Madrid and Perez. If they have any self respect, they won't go for Mbappe. Guy's been playing them like a fiddle for years now.

Hmm.....Let's agree to disagree here. I'd still start Tevez and Milito in 2010 in a knockout format. Riquelme 2010 version on the bench. Comes in as a sub if we can't control the ball well enough. Milito can be the presence up top and Tevez can drop deep and get in behind. But the fact that...

Against weaker teams Pastore can start. Against stronger teams, I'd go with Cambiasso. I'm not sure about Riquelme's level in 2010? I'd definitely include Prime Tevez in the lineup. He was an all round beast at the time. Would work with the makeshift nature of International tournament...

    Champions League 23/24

It's back lads!!!! Looking forward to Inter ATM. I really rate Inzaghi and think Inter are one of the Dark Horses for the CL.

    Argentina

I'd start the 2010 WC with: Romero Zanetti(C) Demichelis Samuel Heinze Mascherano Pastore/Cambiasso Tevez Messi Di Maria Milito Roughly a 4231: I'd play with Carlos Tevez as a Number 10/Second striker playing behind/off the Target Man Milito. I trust the mad work rate and pressing ability...

🧤 Sergio Romero in goal 🛡️ Defenders like Otamendi, Heinze, Samuel and Demichelis ⚔️ Mascherano, the heart of the team 🧠 Creators like Veron and Pastore 🪄 A 22yo Messi and a 22yo Di María as the difference-makers 🎯 Elite strikers like Agüero, Higuaín, Tevez and Milito 🐐 Diego Maradona as the...

    Realistic Starting 11 (Realistic)

Yes, the 2 biggest things would be getting the managerial appointment right and improving the recruitment department(Idk who's in charge atm but clearly your scouts are crap). Some of the names Deco has apparently suggested for the job is a bit worrying.

    Let's talk about Xavi's replacement (2024)

Oh come on! Football fans are far too partisan and archaic to not give a little bit of stick to the guy who just gifted the opponents 2 goals in the biggest game in club Football. You can't expect any Football fanbase in the world to not criticize such a performance. Klopp and the club...

    Let's talk about Xavi's replacement (2024)

Ofcourse. Which is why I said: Agreed. But unlike what you think of me I am not shading Barca all the time. Barca and United are 2 massive clubs who have very recently suffered from the "Barca DNA" and "United Way" thingy. Liverpool have had Klopp for nearly a decade. It's just that these 2...

    Let's talk about Xavi's replacement (2024)

Not the same thing is it? That's a club song fans sing during home games which symbolises the romance, history and legacy of the club. What do chants and songs have to do with administrative decisions at board level which can have impact on the on-field performances of the team in the long...

    Realistic Starting 11 (Realistic)

What if Deco is shite at his job? That's why it's difficult for clubs to commit 100% to managers/sporting directors. These guys are easily replaceable. But the squad is a nightmare to rebuild. Only cases recently where the clubs committed close to 100% in recent years is with Pep and Klopp.

    Let's talk about Xavi's replacement (2024)

Then wtf is "Barca DNA"? Never understood these labels: "Barca DNA", "United Way".......... All it signifies is blatant nepotism and irrational appointments based on past associations with the club in an entirely different capacity. Cringeworthy.

“I was in a difficult moment because I didn’t have many chances to score and defensively we conceded a lot. On an offensive level, not only for me, but for the entire team, it was difficult to be at a high level, but as a team we are going to work and we are working. If we continue one or two...
