It doesn't change the simple fact that if it really is in the contract, then Liverpool don't have a leg to stand on. The fact that any of this has been made an issue suggests that it probably isn't in the contract, and Suarez is probably talking out of his arse.

It makes no sense that Levy would go out of his way to sell Bale to United over Madrid. They could potentially both be fighting for the same 4th spot this season.
