Agreed but that's still a different profile of winger to Ronaldo and Son for example, who are inside forwards. Anyways, my initial point was Robbery weren't elite goalscorers like Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, etc. Robben was a good goalscorer and both were great players though.

They aren't inside forwards like Ronaldo or Son. They recieved the ball wide and didn't drift towards the centre off the ball. Robben used to cut in from wide areas with the ball. So yes, they were proper modern (inverted) wingers. I'm not sure what your point is? What are you trying to...
