He seems a good guy and is a very good coach. Hope he can keep this going. I am sure he can with the right preparation and hard work - he seems very professional and serious about his job. I voted neutral because I wasn't sure either way, but the guy is doing excellently. Long may it continue.

Just seen this pic. Off-topic I know but he really does have a similar facial shape and structure to Ryan Gosling.

He got an assist and had one or two really excellent crosses that could have been converted. But what I like about the lad is he's very Messi-like in that he doesn't need to always get goals and assists to influence a game - he can do it with his link-up play, passing, dribbling etc.

He was ok, not good or bad I don't think. Still the best goalkeeper on the pitch as Neuer was laughably poor and looks really finished.

Not a remark on tonight, though I thought he did well in the first half, but he's so good at dropping deep and so good in the box too. It's a shame he can't clone himself and play with himself (oo-er).

He's always been an incredible talent. Only thing that can prevent him being one of the best players in the world is injuries stalling him. His calmness and composure in tight spaces is striking and Xavi-esque. Not even 22 yet either. Future is bright.

I think Birdy agrees with you that it is more effective - by like it less he probably means he finds it worse to watch. Personally I like both styles. as I said before Klopp in second half of his spell had already began to move to a 'safer' more controlled style.

He's very good defensively, I think very solid and steady. If Balde can be more expansive on the left then it adds balance to have a flying full-back on one side and more conservative one on the other. Not saying Kounde is necessarily bad going forward, just that his strengths lean towards...

The hat-trick goal was very Rivaldo-esque: a left-footed, diagonal, driven low shot that seemed to glide along the grass and nestle in the bottom corner. Seen that fairly often from Rivaldo.

Lol have seen him several times now and he's clearly going to be world-class and a leading centre-back of the new generation. Assuming he avoids the usual stuff (injuries or problematic women, lol).
