The Premier League want to bring Rangers and Celtic into English football. It's not as atrociously horrible as the ESL idea but I still hate it and hope it doesn't happen.

I think it'll happen. The entire purpose of the City Group project is international relations and soft power. They throw that in the trash by putting their name to something like this. The only thing they get out of it is money, which they don't really need.

I feel like the clubs are more likely to buckle than UEFA, especially when they realise how many groups will be mobilised to stop them - including their own fans en masse.

All of the leagues and federations should make a joint statement letting the world know that any player that signs for an ESL club from this point will be banned from all of their competitions for life.

This will not be allowed to happen.
