Stric, congrats. Thiago's performance today has inspired me to change my avatar back :D

Not so sure about Alexis because Villa and Tello are very useful in attack, but Alexis should get subbed on. Cesc is off form so I wouldn't completely trust him vs Bayern

    Marc Bartra

Proud of his performance. He's actually getting reliable enough to be a candidate for future starter. We still need a new CB transfer though either way.

    Cesc Fàbregas

Not you, just some people in general. He was horrible today, there's no denying that. Others are saying he should be sold and that he's utter shit

    Cesc Fàbregas

Too many people are taking the Cesc hate too far. He wasn't great today but that doesn't mean he's total shit or anything. The guy scored a hat trick last week for Christ's sake, you'd think he'd get a better reception from his own fans. Xavi wasn't special at all today either, yet the...

MOTM for me. Any doubters wanna criticize him again?

    Man of the Match thread

Thiago- Bossed the game, goal and an assist, overall consistent and great Tello- Would have been MOTM but he made a few bad errors in the beginning, his goals were amazing though Bartra- Solid, amazing, helped us get a rare clean sheet. Needs to play vs Bayern

    Marc Bartra

I'm very confident in Bartra and he is getting to be a reliable choice. Even with Masch and Puyol out, it's not that bad considering the rate that Bartra is improving at. Can't wait to see him put in a strong performance vs Zaragoza today :)

    Thiago Translantara

It's not that he doesn't love him, that's obviously a matter of opinion that anyone can understand. It's that he goes out of his way to find faults and criticize him and try to play down his good moments as well.

    Thiago Translantara

You take any chance you get to criticize him and constantly harp over the attitude problems that you imagine he has. I've never seen you once truly praise him for something good and you take the smallest of actions from him and make it seem as if he's a lazy antagonist who's full of himself.

Obviously Hummels, although I wish he would look into Inigo Martinez more.

    Thiago Translantara

Suit yourself, but all you Thiago haters should do so at your own peril. You can doubt and insult him all you want now but deep down even you should know he has amazing talent and is a future leader in the midfield.

He has a few times, and looked really impressive doing so. Same next to Iniesta and Busquets.

    5 - Carles Puyol

Yeah I wouldn't hold my breath for the return of Puyol this season. By the time he is back we'll have mathematically won la liga and the CL will be over, victory or not. We'll be playing all the youth players then along with Abidal It's important to remember that at 35, Puyol can't heal as...

    Neymar - v2

I wouldn't go that far. Although the Segunda division is definitely at the same level or better than the Paulista state league.

    Daniel Alves

He needs to rest, he's been wayyyy overplayed recently. As for the Bayern game, I don't even want to imagine him going up against Ribery.

    Neymar - v2

    Thanks for the feedback! :)

    Athletic Club

Iniesta doesn't score much either. That's not what Muniain brings to the game, it's not always about statistics. At his best he sparks attacks, draws defenders in, makes the team livelier, and dribbles into great positions very well. Muniain has the passion of Puyol, not the leadership and...
