Slovakia are too ragged. I don't see Spain dropping points here. It should have been a free kick to Slovakia. If the roles were reversed and an attacker was impeded while kicking the ball then you'd all be asking for a penalty.

That was an absolutely atrocious decision by the officials in my opinion. The Slovakia player was clearly in possession of the ball and then impeded when he tried to clear it. I'm glad it was missed.
