Montoya has been the preferred one in the past, I just get the feeling that Carvajal having such a great season and securing his move back to Madrid has gained him some recognition and possibly seniority over Montoya soon

I rate Camacho better defensively than Illarramendi, and since the other midfielders are so attack minded (Thiago and Isco) the more defensive player would be more valuable in the lineup.

Not completely all out. Carvajal and Koke are being rested and Camacho>Illaramendi plus Lopetegui is known to like Sarabia

I know this is a horrible thing to complain about, but there is no way I can possibly be happy with Spain's midfield overflow for the next few years. Too many world class talents who will be left out :cry:

Falcao is definitely a better forward than Torres or Aguero The next duo of Baptistao and Costa will actually be better for Atletico since they are very versatile and technically strong forwards. That's better in the long run than relying on a target man like Falcao.
