I understand that United have more of a current need for him but selling him would be a horrible decision for Barca. That being said I'm not saying he's the devil for wanting to go because he is an ambitious player. I'm more neutral on this. Understanding of Thiago's position and mentality, but...

Some of you need to quit your whining about Thiago's attitude or loyalty. Xavi and Puyol almost left at young ages too (Xavi nearly did because of his father, reminding you of anyone?). They just had less publicity about it and so it's not as high profile as this saga. It's not just about love...

He really beats around the bush with his comments a lot

 Where did Samper come into the question??? It's far too early for him and he has to sort out the health problems he has right now rather than focusing on first team football before he's even played for the B team.

I don't believe he's the lesser of 4 excellent midfielders. He's equal (or should be) in importance to any one of them with the different style he provides. And he is a Barca academy graduate, making him more of deeply connected and valuable to the club. We have a need for him in the future and...

I don't seem to quite understand the their hatred towards the nou blaugrana forum layout. Personally I quite like it.

The Thiago thread on the Man United forum reminds me of the old Neymar thread on this one a couple of nights before he signed

Yeah I didn't mean it as a total verbal attack on the entire forum or anything (all forums have good/bad members), it's just that some of their members seem to be keen on trolling over the saga or showing rash disrespect in general.

    Arsenal

If they have the sense to pursue Illaramendi, they could go for top 3 this season. An unbelievably necessary and perfect player for them. He's the kind of player that not only provides security and stability in possession but also helps keep the play as fluid as possible.

Yeah I'm looking right now and I can see a great deal of them are "observing" the meltdown on this forum  Quite a few look like arrogant idiots though

You don't really watch Isco if you compare him with Silva. He's a much more dynamic and attack minded player with more skill and consistency, and as much as I love Thiago, Isco has been better this season (partly due to more playing time)

United is not that bad of a club and being a creative and dominant midfielder, he'll be a central figure for them and a leader. That being said I'd really prefer him to stay because if not, I wasted 100 euros on a Thiago kit for this season

He is handling this more professionally than others might. He hasn't harmed the club by saying anything publicly and he has been more focused on the tournament rather than this saga. A lot of this is a product of the press really, can't blame it all on him.

They had equally good tournaments. Thiago showed up more in the final, but Isco was more consistent throughout the games and had a heavy influence in the attacking play.

I went to sleep and after waking up, I can't really find anything new in any paper/news resource to suggest that the possibility of him leaving is greater now than it was yesterday however people are going crazy right now and pointing fingers as if he publicly came out and said that he wanted to...

    Arsenal

Well consider Higuain's other options. He could also move to Juventus who are Italian champions, can challenge in the CL, are in desperate need of great forwards, and are proven to be on the rise by results not just speculation of debt reduction. They are proving to rise ambitiously and have a...
