As far as I know, many clubs are interested in him (Chelsea, Arsenal, BVB, etc.) and he has had the chance to move, but he doesn't want to. Say what you want about Costa, but he's not a cheap mercenary. It'd take a very significant reason for him to leave Atleti anytime soon. -
