    6 in 13 in La Liga and 14 in 22 overall, he's not exactly doing badly either. He brings more to the table than goals. I wonder if Torres will get a shot against Madrid. I wouldn't risk it, not in such a huge game. If Torres can improve his donkey first touch then he might actually get chances...

    Doesn't matter what he says, there will always be that tiny bit of regret at the decision to stay. He won't regret it too much because he stayed with his beloved club, but said club could never match his ambition and give him the trophies that his ability deserved.

    I could say that Courtois wouldn't concede 4 against MK Dons but who really cares? When your defence is an absolute shambles, even the best keeper in the world can concede 4+. I do agree though, however, that De Gea is far better at shot stopping.

    Yup. Opposition forums at their best. Martinez is good imo, but I think his style makes it more difficult to remain consistent. Moyes always kept Everton around 6th for a long time. Considering they never really had a huge budget he did pretty well. Martinez should be able to get out of this...

    I tend to pretty much not take anyone who brings up me being an Australian Chelsea fan like there's something wrong with it very seriously. I've had enough experiences with those types to know they aren't really worth it. ;) Might as well be put there soon, he'll be irrelevant come next season.

    Probably. Knowing Liverpool if they are in a title race in January of some year in the future, they'll loan him back and sub him on 10 times so he can get a medal. Hope he fully retires before that. :D
