    Denis Suarez

We need Denis as back up for Iniesta in CL.

    Paulinho

He just isn't a Barca player. File under Arda

Swap him for Nzonzi. Let him go back to seville

    11 - Ousmane Dembélé - V1

His maturity is natural for his age, the problem is people expect the finished article for the fee. Dortmund paid 10 mill a year before

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

Messi outclassed them. That was the only difference.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

The club will go into major decline when Messi leaves/declines. He's kept the team competitive post-Pep almost single handed and the club aren't run well enough off the pitch. Real a lot better placed to handle the post-Ronaldo era because Ronaldo isn't half as good.

    Samuel Umtiti

Griezmann will be Cesc all over again. Messi is the best player of all time probably, he deserves to be the highest paid player in the worl

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

He needs to win the CL to stand a chance at the ballon d'or because he won't win the World Cup.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

When he should be resting a bit in Jan/Feb he's playing every midweek in the Copa Del Ray. Gets to March/April and suffers muscle fatigue/tiredness, gets to a summer tournament and he's exhausted. Compare to Ronaldo who hasn't played a minute in the Copa this season and is flying.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

Back in 2005/06 Argentina had the best national team. Zanetti, Samuel, Sorin, Cambiasso, Riquelme, Aimar, Tevez. Aguero, Messi, Mascherano, Zabaleta, Gago, Garay, Banega, Di Maria all breaking through. Spain were the great underachievers of international football.

    Cr150

Messi scored over 90 goals in a year by being a penalty box predator. He's become more of a midfielder and starts most of the attacks. It's harder to start and finish a move than it is to stand in the box waiting for world class players to tee you up at Real, or when you're playing against...

    Cr150

He was threatening to leave a few months ago until he realised nobody would cover his wages till he was 36 and give Real a big fee.

    Cr150

It's the sheer number of games as well. He's got 148 caps ffs. He'll finish on something like 200 caps and 130 goals if he plays on till at least Qatar. If he wins the World Cup as well he'll have achieved everything. I think he could play on till the 2024 Euros and possibly even 2026 World...

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

So Messi creates a load of chances for Di Maria and Higuain to miss and Ronaldo wins the game after diving for a penalty or a five yard tap in and he's the GOAT?

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

Ronaldo does it right and hits form now. He's played 4 games in the Copa Del Ray in the last 4 seasons for starters.

    10 - Lionel Messi - v5

Messi put a massive shift in against Chelsea and that takes a lot of him, he can't do that every week. I wouldn't play him in the league between CL games the rest of the season.

    Antoine Griezmann

He's like a peak Benzema. Brings the best out of the attack around him. Messi, Coutinho, Firmino and Dembele could be a great front line.I don't see where Griezmann fits into it.

    Antoine Griezmann

I'd rather go for Firmino. A very clever player who'd link up great with Messi, Dembele and Coutinho and we could offer Suarez in return. Salah wouldn't have those numbers without him.

    Neymar Jr. - v5

Ronaldinho was never the same after 05/06 (he declined later on in that season and had a poor World Cup). It was Larsson that turned the CL final and Brazil flopped. 06/07 a poor Real were able to make up a points gap to win the league and then again in 07/08. Ronaldinho's brilliance was his...

    Marco Verratti

Maybe the Messi bitterness is Neymar telling them all they're not fit to lick Messi's boots.
