    I've been saying that from the beginning. That beating the cannon fodder of La Liga doesn't prove or show anything. Barca did that with no coach (practically) last season. True test is the CL and El Clasico.

    Difference is Pep inherited a group of players who were on the verge of hitting their peak. A foundation which was already laid by Rijkaard and Van Gaal. Lucho has to start from scratch, in a sense, he doesn't have a Messi or Iniesta or Xavi coming into their peak or any B team players ready to...

    He's coming to Barca with huge amount of pressure. He will be expected to hit the ground running from the get go. Early slip ups in the league and BCN press will be on him. They won't give him as much time, like they gave Pep. IMO.

    Anything can happen. Selling clubs aren't going to say player A or B are for sale either way, not until after WC where they can raise prices. That's why I don't put much stock into what players/clubs are saying right now.
